Our last coach trip of 2026 to this beautiful garden just outside of Market Drayton. This garden was visited by Monty Don a few years ago and he referred to it in future TV programmes as his favourite garden in the WORLD.

Our social event this year was a fish and chip supper along with a professional singer, Maggie O’Hara, held in the Rowney Green Village Hall.
The food, supplied by Tudor Rose Fish Bar in Alvechurch, was excellent and the entertainment first class. A very informal and friendly event which was enjoyed by all.

Members and guests enjoyed a guided tour of the lovely gardens. Beautiful weather bought out the colour of the flower beds and made the delightful pools sparkle.
The afternoon ended with a super tea and cakes in the shade.
